| At the Party’s twenty Congress,it was proposed to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through modernization with Chinese characteristics.Rural revitalization is an important means of rural work,and finance plays a key role in rural revitalization.With the continuous application of technology and finance,big data,Internet of Things and other technologies,the development of digital inclusive finance has been promoted.With its advantages of low cost and high access,rural financing difficulties have been alleviated.It provides a new development idea for rural revitalization.Therefore,it is of great significance to empi rically test rural revitalization and digital inclusive finance and put forward corresponding feasibility suggestions.Firstly,this paper collates and analyzes the literature on digital inclusive finance and rural revitalization by domestic and foreign sc holars.It finds that digital inclusive finance can promote the development of rural revitalization through various influence mechanisms,and digital inclusive finance has spatial spillover effect on rural revitalization.Secondly,it analyzes relevant the ories and studies the mechanism of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization from two aspects: internal influence mechanism and spatial spillover effect.Thirdly,it analyzes the development status of digital inclusive finance and rural revitalizat ion.Finally,the index system of rural revitalization is constructed.Based on the data of digital inclusive finance and rural revitalization from 2011 to 2020,a spatial econometric model is constructed to empirically analyze the impact of digital inclus ive finance on rural revitalization.According to the empirical results,(1)there is a significant positive spatial correlation of rural vitalization,and the coefficient of spatial autocorrelation of rural vitalization is significantly positive.The deve lopment of rural vitalization in neighboring provinces will drive the development of rural vitalization in their own provinces;(2)Digital inclusive finance has a positive promoting effect on rural revitalization in the province,but due to inter-provincial competition,the development of digital inclusive finance in neighboring provinces has a negative spatial spillover effect on rural revitalization in the province;(3)From the decomposition effect results,the direct effect of digital inclusive finance is positive,indicating that digital inclusive finance can promote rural revitalization in the province;However,the indirect effect is negative,indicating that the digital inclusion finance in neighboring provinces has a negative impact on rural revitalization in their own provinces due to inter-provincial competition.The total effect is positive,indicating that digital financial inclusion promotes rural revitalization on the whole;(4)From the heterogeneity analysis,it can be seen that digital financial inclusion has a significant impact on rural revitalization mainly through the expansion of coverage breadth and depth of use,both of which also have negative spatial spillover effect;The development of digital inclusive development in eastern,central and western China has different degrees of influence on rural revitalization,which has regional heterogeneity.In terms of control variables,the improvement of transportation convenience,economic development level and government support all promoted the development of rural revitalization,while the improvement of urbanization level inhibited the improvement of rural revitalization.Based on the theoretical analysis,current situation analysis and empirical test,the thesis puts forward some feasible suggestions: increase government support to improve the construction of digital infrastructure;Establish and improve the credit investigation and supervision mechanism,improve the risk control ability;Expand the breadth and depth to help rural revitalization;Make full use of space spillover effect to strengthen inter-provincial cooperation;People-oriented,training related industry talents. |
