| With the intensification of internal competition in the automotive industry and the increasingly high demand of consumers on the appearance and function of automobiles,automakers and their parts suppliers need to meet higher customer needs in terms of design innovation,price,development cycle and quality of new products.In this case,the role of "Advanced Product Quality Planning(APQP)" as a quality tool necessary for new product development in the automotive industry is particularly prominent.However,many automotive and its parts suppliers use APQP tools only in the form,fail to truly understand and apply this tool,did not play its real role,so the new product development cycle is long,the potential product quality problems in product and process design are not identified early,and the subsequent mass production stage leads to serious quality accidents,bringing great losses to enterprises and customers.As one of the world’s leading automotive motor suppliers,AC Auto Parts Company,where I work,also has some problems in the use of APQP tools.Through the study of literature and related theories,taking the quality management application of AC auto parts companies’ automotive product projects as the research object,this paper investigates the implementation of the five stages of APQP(project planning and establishment,product design and development,process design and development,product and process confirmation,feedback,evaluation and improvement)of AC auto parts companies and the implementation results,and finds that there are the following problems in the implementation process of APQP: insufficient identification of product requirements,insufficient risk assessment of product design and process,The methods of repeatability and reproducibility of the measurement system are incorrect,and the control chart is not made reasonably.Based on the principle of customer-centricity,cost reduction and efficiency improvement,we put forward optimization plans for the problems existing in each stage of APQP and put forward safeguard measures for optimization plans.Evaluate optimized results in terms of customer satisfaction,quality risk,organizational productivity,and accuracy.In order to better guide resources to promote the development of new products in the new product development process of AC Auto Parts,identify potential risks and take corrective and preventive actions at an early stage to avoid losses caused by quality problems in the later production of products.At a lower cost,we provide high-quality products to customers and obtain high customer satisfaction.Based on the research and application of the optimization scheme in this paper,it has reference significance for enterprises in the automotive and even other industries to learn from and refer to the project quality management. |
