| With the profound changes in the global economic environment,the development of Internet finance has brought a strong impact on the banking industry.In order to improve their market competitiveness,commercial banks have to strengthen their management and business innovation and reform,which makes them demand their internal staff more and more.As a result,bank staff pressure is increasing.As the main force of the bank’s future development,the new generation of employees are in such a situation,short working time,trivial work and in the high-pressure work environment for a long time,which makes the possibility of occupational burnout is bigger and bigger.This not only influences the benefit of the bank but also the staff’s physical and mental health.Therefore,It’s time to conduct a thorough research about the job burnout of the new generation of employees.This thesis selects the new generation employees of HD Rural Commercial Bank as the survey object.Based on the introduction of the background significance,research ideas and research methods of the topic,this thesis expounds the relevant concepts,main theories and measurement tools,uses the questionnaire survey method to collect first-hand data,and uses SPSS 21.0 software to empirically analyze the results of the questionnaire survey,Determine the current situation of job burnout of the new generation of employees of HD Rural Commercial Bank,and explore the main factors affecting the job burnout of the new generation of employees of HD Rural Commercial Bank.On thet basis of this,combined with the actual situation of HD Rural Commercial Bank,the thesis puts forward targeted employee burnout management countermeasures and measures from the organizational and personal levels.Through various studies,this thesis believes that the job burnout of the new generation employees of HD Rural Commercial Bank is at a medium level,especially in the dimension of emotional exhaustion.Demographic factors have significant differences in gender,marital status,job position and working years,but not in other aspects.In terms of influencing factors,job burnout is positively correlated with family conflict,career development,role pressure,job itself,interpersonal relationship,organizational mechanism and organizational support.Through further multiple regression analysis,the regression equations of various dimensions and influencing factors of job burnout are obtained.The five factors that have the greatest effect on the dimensions of burnout are family conflict,career development,job itself,interpersonal relationship,organizational mechanism and organizational support.According to the above survey results,this thesis puts forward countermeasures from both individual and organizational levels,hoping to reduce the adverse impact of job burnout on the new generation of employee of HD Rural Commercial Bank,so that they can actively face life and work,and achieve the common development of individuals and enterprises. |
