With the rapid development of China's economy,in order not to be eliminated by the market,fierce competition among enterprises,talent is precisely an important factor for enterprises to gain competitive advantage,and psychological capital is an important resource to help enterprises to gain competitive advantage.At present,most of the new generation of employees have become the main force of enterprises,they generally have strong independence,and strong psychological aspirations,willing to accept challenging work,pay attention to the realization of self-worth.Their job burnout not only has a negative impact on their body and mind,but also reduces job performance,and even leads to turnover behavior,which brings losses to enterprises.Therefore,in the complex working environment,how to make the new generation of employees adjust the sense of job burnout,reduce employee mobility,effectively achieve work tasks,and make the healthy development of enterprises is a difficult problem that almost all enterprises need to solve.This study studies the new generation of employees,using JD-R theoretical model to explore the methods to reduce turnover intention from the perspective of employees' own characteristics.First of all,this paper reviews and combs the relevant theories of job burnout,psychological capital and turnover intention at home and abroad,and defines the concepts of new generation of employees,job burnout,psychological capital and turnover intention.At the same time,it summarizes the characteristics of the new generation of employees.Secondly,on the basis of literature induction,the theoretical model of this paper is constructed,and the relevant hypotheses are put forward.Thirdly,combined with the maturity scale,the questionnaire is distributed and collected.Finally,the SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis of the questionnaire is used to draw the conclusion of the study:First,there is a partial positive correlation between job burnout and turnover intention.Among them,there is a positive correlation between emotional exhaustion dimension and turnover intention,there is a positive correlation between dehumanization and turnover intention,but the correlation between low sense of achievement dimension and turnover intention is not established.Second,there is a negative correlation between psychological capital and turnover intention of the new generation of employees.Among them,the dimension of hope in psychological capital has a higher level of negative correlation with turnover intention.Third,the psychological capital of the new generation of employees negatively regulates the relationship between job burnout and turnover intention.Finally,according to the conclusions of this study,some management suggestions are put forward in order to improve the psychological capital level of the new generation of employees,prevent or alleviate job burnout and reduce turnover intention.
