Job burnout has generally become an important psychological problem that people in various industries pay attention to.It will cause physical discomfort,bring adverse effects on personal physical and mental health,affect work efficiency and work status inevitably,and then restrict the organization’s performance improvement and socio-economic development.The survival and development of urban commercial banks is to create value for customers.Only by focusing on the full realization of customer value,continuously improving the level of financial services,creating differentiated,scenario-based and intelligent innovative financial products and services,in-depth research around customer needs,rapid response,and providing the best solutions and effective services,can we create excellent customer experience and create sustainable value.Among urban commercial banks,the most closely serving customers and the largest number of employees are the front-line employees at the grass-roots level.The above business requirements and indicators are constantly falling on every front-line employee at the grass-roots level,resulting in the gradual increase in the work intensity and difficulty of front-line employees at the grass-roots level.At the grass-roots outlets,the employees’ work pressure is high and their enthusiasm is declining,and the situation of job burnout is more prominent.This not only greatly reduces employees’ sense of happiness and gain,but also restricts the high-quality development of urban commercial banks.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to study the job burnout of the front-line employees at the grass-roots level of banks.On the premise of sorting out the relevant theories and research results on job burnout at home and abroad,this paper takes the front-line employees of ZZ Bank as the research object,and obtains the degree of job burnout of the front-line employees of ZZ Bank through questionnaire design and data analysis.The results show that the job burnout of the front-line employees of ZZ Bank presents a moderate level of burnout,and is significant in the dimension of emotional exhaustion.Secondly,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of job burnout of front-line employees of ZZ Bank from the aspects of work tasks,job responsibilities,work environment,salary design,assessment and evaluation,employee growth,self-positioning,career development,career planning,and family relations.Third,put forward corresponding mitigation measures from the aspects of work,organization and employees,including reasonable arrangement of work tasks,clear job responsibilities of employees,strengthening humanistic care of employees,reasonable design of salary system,development of practical assessment indicators,continuous attention to employees’ growth,correct recognition of career,improvement of self-worth,establishment of feasible career planning,and efforts to coordinate work and family.It is hoped that the above mitigation measures can improve the job burnout of front-line employees,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of ZZ Bank,it can also provide reference for other urban commercial banks to deal with the job burnout of front-line employees. |
