| In recent years,due to the rapid development of digital technology and the influence of macro environment,all industries in the world are carrying out digital transformation to varying degrees.Although China’s food processing enterprises are engaged in traditional industries,they have an increasingly urgent need for digital transformation in recent years.In recent years,the continuous improvement of people’s living standards in China has further given birth to people’s requirements for health,so that people’s attention to food taste and food safety is also increasing accordingly.In particular,the COVID-19 epidemic since 2020 has caused a great external impact on the catering industry.Food processing and production enterprises urgently need to change the original business process mode of enterprises through digital transformation,tap the potential of internal management,so as to improve the operation efficiency of enterprises and reduce operating costs.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the internal management of food processing and production enterprises through digital transformation.This paper takes the business process optimization of RC Condiment Company under the background of digital transformation as the research object,introduces the basic situation,organizational structure,products,market,business situation and the current situation of the main business process of RC Condiment Company,and then analyzes and diagnoses the problems existing in the current business process based on the information collected from the questionnaire survey.Identify the shortcomings of the current business process,and analyze the impact of digital transformation on the business process of RC Condiment Company,so as to put forward improvement ideas and suggestions according to the actual situation of the company.Based on the investigation and interview,this paper analyzes the impact of digital transformation on the business process of the enterprise.From the aspects of coordinating enterprise resources,speeding up the PDCA cycle of the business process,establishing a quick response customer service system,and agile collaboration with more detailed business granularity,it combines the five main aspects of R&D,sales,supply chain,production and quality of RC Condiment Company.The impact of digital transformation is analyzed.On this basis,this paper analyzes the requirements and objectives of RC Flavoring Company for business process optimization under the background of digital transformation,puts forward the overall design scheme for business process optimization under the background of digital transformation,and discusses the optimization objectives and ideas of key processes in the modules of R&D,sales,supply chain,production and quality under the background of digital transformation.The optimization and improvement scheme is put forward.Finally,four aspects of safeguard measures are proposed,including organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee,personnel guarantee and technical guarantee,which lays a foundation for RC condiment enterprises to optimize their business processes under the background of digital transformation. |
