Study On The Development Of Lianyungang’s Leisure Agriculture

The paper takes suggestions for leisure agriculture development in Lianyungang as objective,offers specific solutions for improving leisure agriculture development and management as well as increasing famers’ income,provides the reference for adjusting of local agriculture and tourism structure,solving the "three rural problems" and inheriting rural culture,customs and skills.Based on domestic and foreign scholars studies,adopting method of literature research,on-the-spot investigation,summarizing method,the paper conducts study on Lianyungang’s leisure agriculture.It is mainly divided into introduction,main body and conclusion three parts.In the introduction part,the existing researches give a detailed explanation on concept,classification,function,development ideas of leisure agriculture,the author makes research summary towards all these papers and found that it lacks development research on Lianyungang’s leisure agriculture,the existing achievements cannot give full play due to times changing,therefore those updated and innovative measures should be carried out by professionals.Current situation,problems and countermeasures made up the main body.The first section mainly analyzes its current situation and briefly summarizes measures for development.Lianyungang is located in the north of Jiangsu province with special geographical location and rich resources,the author makes general realization on geographical climate,natural resources,historical,cultural and tourism resources.It picks up data from 700 leisure agricultural parks in north of Jiangsu,makes data analysis in the respect of retail distribution,building date and scale,number of famers involved and discovers problems and reasons from analysis.It concludes the practice taken for leisure agriculture development and summarizes experience from some cases.The second section is about problems of Lianyungang’s leisure agriculture development,based on the status analysis in the first section combining with field visit,it points out existing problems total of four parts,including problems about macro-management,infrastructure spending,building of feature projects,increasing farmers’ income as well as innovative marketing strategies.The third section is about countermeasures.In view of issues proposed in the second section,combined with professional knowledge,excellent examples and existing results for reference,it puts forward countermeasures including strengthen management standardization,increase investment in infrastructure construction,establish sharing electronic information platform,building leading type feature projects,create example village for leisure agriculture,offer rural employment opportunities,rich rural cultural life and cultural atmosphere,develop creative leisure agriculture,perfect market segmentation and position,focus on choose and application of media and develop new e-commerce platform,thus,it provides new path for dealing with those issues and strives for advanced position in province’s leisure agriculture work.
