| In the context of urban stock renewal,the inefficient industrial land greening has become an important way to "mend" the urban green space network,to improve the structure and function of the urban green space system,and to deal with urban socialecological problems.This thesis takes "inefficient industrial land" as the research object,attempts to build a framework for evaluating the potential of inefficient industrial land greening from the "city-site" scale,quantitatively measures the potential and priority of inefficient industrial land greening,It could support the planning of green space systems in the context of Park Cities.This thesis constructs a "methodological framework for multi-scale potential evaluation of inefficient industrial land greening under social-ecological function requirements".Firstly,the urban green space system renewal goals are determined by identifying typical urban social-ecological problems and risks;secondly,based on the needs of social-ecological functions,the potential of inefficient industrial land greening is measured from the urban scale;based on the social-ecological attributes of the site,the potential of inefficient industrial land greening is measured from the site scale;finally,the comprehensive potential value is obtained by weighting and superposition,and the priority level is determined to determine the most suitable inefficient industrial land for greening.Based on the ArcGIS 10.2 platform,this thesis conducts an empirical study in the central urban area of Xuzhou City.Firstly,the characteristics and causes of inefficient industrial land in the central urban area of Xuzhou are analyzed.Five social-ecological function demand indicators are selected at the urban scale,including "demand for mitigating the heat island effect ","demand for regulating rain and flood risk","demand for improving landscape aesthetics","demand for providing disaster prevention sites",and "demand for providing recreational venues".The seven socio-ecological attributes of the site scale are "site area","vegetation coverage","distance to the nearest green space","suitability of construction land","site accessibility","land surrounding the site","reservation of historical relics".The multi-scale potential evaluation index system for the inefficient industrial land greening in Xuzhou is constructed.The research shows that: the potential level of inefficient industrial land in Xuzhou City presents a hierarchical distribution from the center to the edge,from high potential to low potential,and 41.16% of the inefficient industrial land is very suitable for greening.The weighting of the indicator sets affecting the potential of Xuzhou’s inefficient industrial land greening from the largest to the smallest: site-scale social attribute index set,urban-scale ecological function demand index set,urban-scale social function demand index set,and site-scale ecological attribute index set.According to the level of the comprehensive potential level of the inefficient industrial land greening,determine the update measures for the inefficient industrial land.Finally,in order to promote the systematic planning and practice of the inefficient industrial land greening in Xuzhou in the future,the implementation guarantee mechanism for inefficient industrial land greening is proposed at three levels: planning concept,planning preparation,and planning implementation. |
