At present,the modernization of China ’ s construction industry will usher in a broader development space and new climax,and new R&D institutions as an open innovation platform have made contributions to promote its development.In this context,through the investigation of several domestic benchmarking new R&D institutions to promote the modernization of construction industry,this thesis outlines the empowerment path of new R&D institutions to promote the modernization of construction industry,and constructs the performance evaluation index system framework of new R&D institutions driven by modernization of construction industry.Then the triangular fuzzy number is introduced to construct the F-ANP performance evaluation model,and the practicability and reliability of the model are verified by empirical analysis.Finally,the service ability of new R&D institutions to promote the modernization of Xuzhou construction industry is improved.The main research contents are as follows :First of all,according to the characteristics of the modern industrial chain of construction industry,this thesis constructs the innovation chain and industrial chain of new R&D institutions in the evolution stage of emerging technology industrialization,and puts forward five service modes of new R&D institutions to promote the modernization of construction industry,as well as constructs the digital innovation platform empowerment map of new R&D institutions driven by modernization of construction industry.Secondly,based on the empowerment path map,combined with the ’input-process-output-effect ’ logic model and the government ’ s positive behavior dimension,the relevant factors affecting the performance level of new R&D institutions driven by modernization of construction industry are screened.Through consulting experts and scholars who have attainments in the field of construction industry modernization and new R&D institutions,the performance evaluation index system framework of new R&D institutions driven by modernization of construction industry is constructed.Third,the qualitative and quantitative analysis method is used to divide and define the selected indicators,so as to determine the evaluation criteria,and then the triangular fuzzy number is introduced to integrate expert opinions to overcome subjectivity,as well as the fuzzy network analysis model is established to evaluate the performance level of new R&D institutions driven by modernization of construction industry.Fourthly,through on-the-spot investigation of the service level and operation effect of 28 new R&D institutions in Xuzhou High-tech Zone in the process of modernization of the construction industry,the F-ANP model and the traditional F-AHP model are used to comprehensively evaluate their performance,and then the ideal state radar map of the performance level is drawn to explore the shortcomings and constraints of the new R&D institutions in Xuzhou for promoting the modernization of the construction industry.Based on the above research,this thesis constructs the F-ANP model based on triangular fuzzy number to comprehensively evaluate the service level of new R&D institutions driven by the modernization of the construction industry in Xuzhou City,and puts forward relevant strategies to improve the service ability of new R&D institutions in the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in Xuzhou City and provide targeted support for the Xuzhou Municipal Government to formulate relevant policies,so as to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in Xuzhou City and the healthy and sustainable development.This thesis has 28 figures,36 tables and 131 references. |
