Study On The Interest Game Between Host And Guest And Cultural Adaptation In The Development Of Ethnic Village Touris

Under the background of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,developing tourism is an important way to effectively solve the economic development problems in ethnic minority areas.As an independent and complex village system,the development of tourism in ethnic villages will lead to the destruction of its environment,resources and local culture and a series of uncoordinated social,economic and environmental effects.In order to make the development of tourism in ethnic villages and achieve the coordination and optimization of the three effects,we must first achieve the coordination and unity between stakeholders.Xiasi Ancient Town is the first station of ethnic tourism in Southeast Guizhou.In the process of tourism development,the demands of various stakeholders are different and the interest game phenomenon is constantly generated,which is mainly manifested as the game between the government and the local residents,the game between the tourism enterprises and the government,the game between the tourism enterprises and the local residents,and the game between individual suppliers and foreign tourists.Through the analysis and establishment of a sound interest coordination mechanism,the inherent contradictions and conflicts between each other are effectively solved,so as to realize the maximization of common interests.At the same time,after the development of national tourism,the evolution of traditional culture itself and the forced intervention of foreign culture have prompted local residents to communicate continuously in the new tourism environment and gradually adapt to the regeneration culture under the development of integration,which is mainly manifested in the inevitable change of local culture under the impact of foreign culture and the yearning of local residents for foreign culture in tourism activities.Therefore,in tourism activities,local residents constantly adjust their own traditional culture such as behavior habits,language communication,social relations and customs.The government and relevant departments strengthen the guidance of cultural construction in tourist destinations and the recognition of local culture,so as to achieve the healthy development of the harmonious coexistence of host and guest.On this basis,through literature research,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,data statistics research methods to carry out the work,around the ethnic village tourism development makes the conflict between the relevant stakeholders in the tourist destination and foreign culture impact on local culture to make the necessary explanation.On the basis of theoretical speculation and empirical analysis,this paper draws the following four conclusions :(1)The distribution of tourism interests needs to develop a reasonable and fair interest distribution mechanism to ensure the fairness and justice of the distribution of tourism interests,and to develop the distribution of tourism interests in the direction of win-win cooperation,which is conducive to reducing the contradictions and conflicts between relevant stakeholders and improving efficiency.(2)Establishing community participation mechanism,giving priority to local residents ’ employment opportunities,improving community participation ability,ensuring residents ’ fair income,and accelerating rural revitalization.(3)The selective innovation and development made by the interaction between local culture and foreign culture in tourism activities is the process of continuous adjustment and adaptation of culture,and also the process of cultural reconstruction of tourism destinations.Traditional culture forms a new tourism culture in tourism interaction and communication,which is the result of the development of cultural tourism and is also an inevitable result.(4)The impact of foreign culture on local culture leads to cultural imbalance in tourism destinations.Through the appropriate debugging of local residents on traditional culture,the government and relevant departments strengthen the cultural construction of tourism destinations to strengthen the identity of local culture,improve the ideas and harmonious coexistence ability of relevant stakeholders,so as to realize the healthy development of harmonious coexistence between subject and object.
