Research On Supplier Selection And Evaluation Of Shanghai S Building Technology Company

With the rapid development of economy,consumers’ demand for living and working environment is also increasing gradually.In order to adapt to the change of consumer demand,building enterprises realize that supplier management plays an important role in the sustainable development of enterprises.Shanghai S building technology Company is a focus on building automation and environmental control,fire,security enterprises,and excellent suppliers,for the long-term survival and development of Shanghai S building technology company is of great significance.Based on the above background,this paper studies supplier selection and evaluation of Shanghai S Building Technology Company.Firstly,the relevant background and supplier management status of Shanghai S Building Technology Company are summarized,and the problems existing in supplier selection are objectively analyzed.Then based on the literature review of supplier management and Bayesian network theory,the evaluation index of supplier selection of Shanghai S building Technology Company was preliminarily determined by interviewing the internal supplier management personnel of Shanghai S Building Technology Company.Further,to Shanghai S building technology company internal supplier management personnel on the importance of each index questionnaire survey,and then use factor analysis to analyze the survey data,and finally determine nine first-level evaluation indicators and 33 second-level evaluation indicators.Then,the supplier evaluation model is established by Using Bayesian network,and the ideal approximation solution is used to solve the model.Finally,the model is verified by combining the existing building installation suppliers of Shanghai S Building Technology Company,and the optimal supplier is selected through comprehensive analysis.To sum up,combined with the actual situation of Shanghai S Building Technology Company,this paper proposes a more scientific and reasonable supplier selection method by using supplier selection and mathematical modeling theory,and uses this method to evaluate and select the existing suppliers of Shanghai S Building Technology Company.The new methods and ideas proposed in this study in supplier selection are of great significance in supplier selection of Shanghai S Building Technology Company,and also provide reference for similar enterprises.
