Research On The Supplier Selection Optimization Of A Company

In the whole process of supplier management,supplier selection is a very important part.However,there are still many problems in the process of supplier selection.Based on this,this paper takes company A as the research object to optimize its supplier selection.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Current situation analysis.This paper analyzes the current situation of supplier selection of enterprise a,and uses the fishbone diagram causal analysis method to analyze the current situation.The three problems are as follows: The supplier information description system has defects、Ignore the supplier’s historical behavior、Pay too much attention to price factors and there is no scientific decision-making method.(2)Preliminary determination of supplier profile index set.When constructing the portrait index,refer to the supplier life cycle theory,consider the whole cycle process of cooperation between enterprise A and suppliers,analyze the current cooperation process between company a and suppliers,establish a preliminary portrait index system.(3)Construction of supplier image index system.After preliminary establishment of the index system,the rough set attribute reduction method is used to reduce the preliminary index system,screen out some duplicate indexes,and calculate their corresponding importance respectively,so as to provide reference for the later supplier selection.(4)Determination and verification of supplier selection method.Bayesian network decision model consider the historical cooperation data of suppliers,and can input the historical data into the calculation process to support the subsequent supplier selection;Finally,the simulation software Netica is used to simulate the process of supplier selection.There are 20 pictures,16 tables and 62 references in this paper.
