| Along with the network popularization, the number of Chinese Internet users is increasing,China’s e-commerce is the trend of rapid growth.Because of the rapid development of e-commerce,China’s express delivery industry rapid development, also emerge in endlessly, all kinds of logistics Courier express industry has entered the golden development period, more and more of the end of the third party logistics service platform arises at the historic moment,Cainiao Station is one of them.Cainiao Station sites are widely distributed in each city community or college campus, for ease of service,at present has achieved good results, but there are also some disadvantages, there is need to optimize, one of the most important is the Cainiao Station siting in the site. Therefore, this article will focus on the Cainiao Station’s location optimization problem, the study of A community of Cainiao Station, the main research content is as follows:To A stationary point of the present situation of the Cainiao Station community now were studied to explore, using PEST analysis method of Cainiao Station are analyzed and summarized,in order to understand A rookie post actual background and opportunities of the community.Through the understanding of the location selection method, this thesis Cainiao Station site location optimization decision-making,used the AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP),by determining the impact location decision-making of index weight was determined by the grading weighted methods such as content, and it is concluded that the location of the preliminary optimization of location objects. After get the preliminary optimization scheme, through quantitative analysis, this thesis use linear programming model, the primary scheme comparison,to determine the optimal solution.Cainiao Station site location decisions based on A community as an example, through the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and linear programming model, according to an alternative location of the specific data integration and analysis,in A community Cainiao Station finally established in the three alternative optimal location decision scheme. |
