With the rapid development of the economic and material life day by day,it is the urgent need to maintain ecological environment and improve environmental quality more and more.It is necessary that resolve energy crisis and environment pollution issues through renewable energy sources and electric vehicles,which received more and more attention,and will be the focus of smart grid development direction of the future.The site selection of both wind-solar complementary power generation project and charging station would have an effect on the power systems and transportation networks.The integral consideration could not only cushion power systems against the impact of the random charging behavior,but help power from wind-solar complementary power generation project be used locally,and reduce the damage caused by the voltage fluctuation.At present,the study of site selection considering both wind-solar complementary power generation project and charging stations carried out less,and is in the lack of systematic and effective assessment indicators and methods.Therefore,synthetic and systematic research should be done for guiding practice.This paper firstly carries out a lot of literature review and data collection,in order to better understand the development and research status.At first,by using the method of documentary and statistics,the paper investigates the current site selection index system of traditional wind and solar project for energy generation.Then the effects of the large-scale plug-in charging station on location of wind-solar complementary power generation project are analyzed.Finally,a set of systematic evaluating indicators,which is characterized by the large-scale plug-in charging station is set up.Furtherly,the site selection model of wind-solar complementary power generation project under uncertain linguistic environment is proposed in this paper.The ANP(Analytical Network Process)method is adopted to measure the correlation of the indicators,and a Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations(PROMETHEE)method combined with the cloud model is employed for transforming the linguistic information and the ranking value of each alternative is obtained.Finally,the proposed model and calculation method are verified using a case study in Shanghai.All endeavors are helpful to achieving the target that the decision result shows the maneuverability and reasonableness for site selection of wind-solar complementary power generation project.This article develops innovation theory and research methods from several areas.Firstly,a set of systematic evaluating indicators,which is characterized by the large-scale plug-in charging station is set up.Secondly,the innovative site selection assessment model based on the cloud model and PROMETHEE method is constructed,which could describe the fuzziness and randomness of linguistic terms integrally and accurately.Finally,a case from Shanghai is brought forward for validating the feasibility and validity of the proposed decision system.A comparison analysis and sensitivity analysis are conducted to prove the superiority and stability of the proposed decision system.
