With the development of Internet technology,the popularity of smart phones and the downfall of logistics express delivery,the development of e-commerce mode at normal temperature has become more and more mature.However,the fresh electric business entered the public view in 2012,and was praised as "the last blue sea of e-commerce development",lots of capital has also entered the fresh business industry.However,due to the high demand for commodity quality,distribution time and temperature control,O2 O needs to be highly coordinated to control cost and guarantee service.In the O2 O operation of fresh electric business,location selection of offline community stores has certain particularity.Its location quality has great influence on total operation cost and customer satisfaction.At present,many fresh electric business projects do not solve this problem effectively,and many projects are not effective in operation.Based on this background,this paper studies the key problem of the site selection of the O2 O community store,to provides a theoretical method and implementation strategy for the location of the offline store based on customer time satisfaction,to break through the bottlenecks that restrict the operation and development of fresh electricity.This paper first makes a summary of the theory of cold chain logistics distribution,facility location,customer satisfaction,O2 O and O2 O community store,briefly outline the basic principles,basic steps and common methods of logistics node location.On this basis,detailed analysis three kinds of quantitative location methods,Baumol-Wolfe,Kuehn-Hamburger and CFLP(Capacitated Facility Location Problem).Combined with the special research object of the site selection of the fresh electric business community store,the O2 O community store location model of fresh electric business is established--LTC(Limit of Time and Cost),which consists of four parts: facility cost,transportation and distribution cost,management and operation cost,customer time satisfaction loss cost.The direct distribution from the supplier to the customer is considered in the cost of transport and distribution,and the upper limit of the distribution time is added to the constraint conditions,that makes it more conforms to the actual situation of business operation.Finally,select the B enterprise,inMianyang,to do case analysis,through analysis the development status of B enterprise,distribution of urban traffic routes and distribution of consumption demand in Mianyang,the location model is calculated,and Select the relatively reasonable location for community shop construction.The rationality and feasibility of the establishment of the location model is confirmed by the empirical study.
