| In recent years,with the new infrastructure,big data and other technical innovation,"a country with strong transportation network" has become the big background of the times,how to cultivate and develop the intelligent transport industry is very worth exploring the topic.As the leading "chain owner enterprise" in the field of comprehensive transportation in China,ZJ company undertakes the important mission of supporting the development of intelligent transportation industry.ZJ company through the development and operation of intelligent transport industrial parks,forming a intelligent transport industry agglomeration role,driving the development of intelligent transport industry.However,at present,ZJ company does not have the location selection model of traffic intelligent technology park,can not effectively evaluate its location selection,can not support ZJ company intelligent transport industrial park to continue to develop the location selection problems faced.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the site selection of ZJ company intelligent transport industrial Park,and it also has certain reference significance for the site selection of similar professional theme parks.According to the study of related literature,the strategy of selecting the location of ZJ ’s typical intelligent transport industrial park and the experience of selecting the location of the benchmark park,this paper finds that there is still no precedent for establishing a scientific location model in this field,and the consideration of location selection factors is also missing and the location selection is only considered from the developer’ s perspective.In order to confirm whether industrial environmental factors affect the location selection of traffic intelligent industrial park,TAM model is introduced and SEM model analysis is established to prove that industrial environmental factors have an important impact on location selection.According to the conventional factors of park location selection based on relevant theory and literature study and the industrial environmental factors that have proved to have an impact on the traffic location selection of Intelligent Industrial Park,the decision-making index system of ZJ intelligent transport Industrial Park location selection is integrated and established.Then,by AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the weight of site selection index is analyzed by analytic hierarchy process,and the site selection model of intelligent transport industrial park is constructed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the case analysis of three alternative locations of HZXS,TJDL and JNLC in ZJ company,the best alternative location is HZXS.Establishment of intelligent transport industrial park location model meets the business development demand of intelligent transport industrial park of ZJ Company. |
