Research On Financial Strategy Choice And Influence Of Business Model Innovation In Digital Economy

In the 21st century,digital economy is gradually leading China’s social transformation and economic growth.The rise of digital economy is pushing many new enterprises in China to show incomparable vitality.However,the development of China’s traditional manufacturing industry is difficult,not only facing the status quo of large but not strong,but also the problem of business model fatigue.Therefore,the traditional manufacturing industry should take advantage of the opportunity of the development of digital economy to transform to the direction of digitalization and intelligence.Digital empowered business model innovation is one of the important ways for manufacturing enterprises to break through the development dilemma.Based on the consistency of the ultimate goal of creating value,business model innovation and financial activities are interrelated.The innovation of business model in digital economy affects the daily financial activities of enterprises.Financial strategy,as the overall decision of financial activities,also needs to be changed and selected under the drive of business model innovation to achieve the purpose of value enhancement.To sum up,how traditional manufacturing enterprises achieve their own business model innovation based on the development of digital economy,how digital business model innovation will affect financial strategy,and what financial strategy to choose under this influence are important issues facing traditional manufacturing industry at present,and it is necessary to carry out research on them.Based on the smile curve theory and resource-based theory,this paper comprehensively adopts literature research method,case analysis method and financial strategy matrix analysis method.Based on the existing research results,this paper combs the influence relationship between financial strategy transformation and choice driven by business model innovation in digital economy from a macro perspective,and constructs a theoretical framework of financial strategy selection and influence driven by profit,resource allocation and value creation.Then combining with the case of Midea Group,based on the theoretical analysis framework,the paper analyzes how midea Group innovates digital business model under the digital economy and how to choose and implement its financial strategy based on digital business model innovation from the micro perspective.Finally,from the financial and non-financial perspectives,the specific impact of financial strategy on corporate performance is deeply analyzed.The expected contribution of this paper is to elaborate the influence path and choice logic of business model innovation on enterprise financial strategy under digital economy.Through the case study of Midea Group,it is found that the development of digital economy can promote traditional manufacturing enterprises to achieve digital business model innovation relying on digital technology to reshape value creation logic,and influence the transformation of financial strategy through the path of "profit-driven change creates resource allocation change".Financial strategy based on the change of resource allocation from the investment range,investment direction,financing methods and other aspects to make corresponding choices.By analyzing the influence of financial strategy implemented after selection on enterprise performance change,it is concluded that digital business model innovation driving financial strategy choice can bring positive impact and contribute to the increase of enterprise value.At the same time,it is hoped that the case study of Midea Group can provide references for more traditional manufacturing enterprises to choose appropriate financial strategies in the process of business model innovation under the background of digital economy.
