Manufacturing enterprises’ production technology,capital and material resources are the guarantee of competitiveness,but with the continuous strengthening of globalization,these factors will no longer become the key,and human resource management system will gradually become the key factor to obtain market competitiveness.With the continuous development of economy,the pressure of competition in modern society is big and the pace is fast,resulting in the decline of the work efficiency of some employees,and the human cost keeps rising.Therefore,manufacturing enterprises need to find effective human resource management practices to improve employee performance,enhance enterprise competitiveness and achieve sustainable development in the context of rising labor costs.The human resource management system contains a series of interrelated,interdependent,interactive and cooperative human resource practices,which determine the internal operation efficiency of enterprises and the performance level of employees.Existing researches mostly focus on its effect and mechanism on organizational performance rather than on employee.Employee resilience refers to the ability of employees to overcome negative emotions and adopt positive strategies to overcome difficulties and achieve development in the face of pressure and difficulties.Job engagement refers to the state of working hard,expressing the degree of love of employees to the work arranged by the organization.Although employee resilience and job engagement can affect employee output,their relationship between HRM system and employee performance needs to be further explored.Therefore,this paper will explore the impact mechanism of employee resilience and job engagement on human resource management system and employee performance.On the basis of related research,this paper established the employee toughness and job involvement in human resources management system and model of the chain of intermediary between employee performance,and through the questionnaire survey,to obtain relevant data and verify the validity of the letter,using SPSS factor analysis to human resources management system is divided into control,collaborative,market-oriented,human resources management system.Employee toughness is divided into self-control,self-confidence and self-challenge.Divide work involvement into concentration and vitality.Employee performance is divided into task performance,situational performance,innovation performance and behavior performance.Secondly,through SPSS multiple linear regression and Process chain mediation model,the paper explores the mechanism of employee resilience and job engagement in human resource management system and employee performance,and finds that all dimensions of human resource management system are significantly correlated with some dimensions of employee performance.Some dimensions of employee resilience and job engagement play a mediating role and chain mediating role between HRM system and employee performance.Finally,according to relevant research findings,specific human resource management countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the mechanism of human resource management system and employee performance in the manufacturing industry in the future.
