In recent years, the fog and haze weather has been more and more frequent. Enterprise, as main body of the economy society, should undertake such a environment responsibility, to take environment performance into performance consideration. In such an occasion, green human resource management is a way to support the environment strategy, therefore to study its relationship with the enterprise environment performance is a new research field.By analyzing the enterprise outside ecology environment, inside society environment and the enterprise environment performance theory, building a frame, using methods such as questionnaire method, principal component analysis and hierarchical regression method, to study how the green human resource management influence enterprise environment performance, as well as the intermediary effect of perceived organizational identification. Result shows that green human resource management has obvious significance on environment performance. Among all the five dimensionalities of green human resource management, training, remuneration and employee involvement are verified, while the rest two, recruitment and performance are not, and influence of control variable is not significant. The result further proves that green human resource management can help improve enterprise environment performance not matter how its ownership or scale, more actions should be taken in fields of training, remuneration and employee involvement, as well as the employee organizational identification.
