In our country,many enterprises lack proper management of the personnel of the production department,which leads to the loss of many trained personnel,which leads to the decline in production capacity,the decrease of production efficiency,the threat of production quality,the more serious people,and the closure of enterprises,which is regrettable.Combined with modern management theory,we set up a set of performance evaluation system suitable for talent management in production department.Establishing and improving the performance appraisal management mechanism suitable for the actual situation of the enterprise production department,promoting the enthusiasm of the personnel of the production department and reducing the loss rate of the personnel of the production department will inevitably become an important goal in the future development process of the enterprises.This article selects the typical manufacturing industry in the production and life,taking the production department of D enterprise as the actual analysis object,taking the concrete problems which appeared in the production process as the model,taking the performance theory as the theoretical basis,and using the literature research method as the auxiliary,through the textual research on the original performance index of its production department,and the actual analysis of its performance evaluation index in the modern classics.In the environment of economic development,we find out the problems in the actual development of the performance evaluation index of the production department of D enterprises,and investigate,study and test it,and then formulate a more scientific performance appraisal system,so as to promote the management of talents and the development of production in the production department.Through the investigation,it is found that there are four main problems in the practice process of the existing performance appraisal system of the production department of D Enterprises:first,the indicators of performance assessment are not closely related to the production objectives;two,the formulation of performance evaluation indexes is divorced from the actual situation and can not be solved in time;and three,the problems reflecting the results after performance assessment can not be carefully analyzed and considered.Four,the implementation of performance appraisal system is not enough enough to really play a role.Therefore,in the process of remaking the performance appraisal system,the key index and the analytic hierarchy process are used as the specific research methods,mainly aiming at the problems reflected by the production department of the D manufacturing enterprise,re quantifying the performance evaluation index,optimizing the logical structure of performance assessment,expanding the scope of the performance assessment,and applying it.The relevant supervision means make a new and more suitable performance appraisal system for the production department of D manufacturing enterprises,which will effectively solve the problems in the performance appraisal of the production department of D manufacturing enterprises,so as to improve the work efficiency of the enterprise talents,improve the quality of production products,reduce the loss rate of the talents of the enterprise,and maximize the talents of the enterprise.Strength will further enhance the production efficiency and production development level of D manufacturing enterprises and bring greater economic benefits to enterprises.In addition,this paper hopes that through the research on the performance system of the production department of D manufacturing enterprises,the new production assessment system can provide a realistic template for similar enterprises in the process of production and operation,and can also make out the assessment system in line with its own production department,so as to promote the production of water in the related fields.The improvement of leveling is effective.
