With the technology development and the continuous impact of global epidemic,the competition between companies becomes much severe,and survival of the fittest becomes much more obvious.And the competition has become a contest about soft power and core competitiveness of companies,and companies have also paid more attention on management.In this scenario,many excellent companies have achieved new growth through performance management reforms.It is found that most successful companies have achieved sustained growth through optimizing performance management systems and processes.Therefore,this thesis believes that the performance management is very critical and is irreplaceable for current companies,and these companies also take performance management as their daily theme,especially for those companies in fast growing period.Strengthening performance management is the key to realize corporate strategies,as well as improving management issues and promoting operating performance.Performance management has become a critical factor,which can make a company to survive continuously in the harsher economic environment.Through the discussion and optimization of A company’s performance management,this thesis provides a study case about the improvement of performance management for the companies in fast growing period.Firstly,this thesis briefly sorts out and introduces the basic theories of performance management,including the definition of performance management,the procedures of performance management,the construction of performance management system and its contents,as well as KPI method,BSC balanced scorecard methods;secondly,it introduces the background of the company and current situations of performance management via interviews and questionnaire surveys.It shows the performance management problems about performance indicators and problems during processes in the whole procedures;thirdly,it optimizes these problems;finally,safeguard measures are proposed to ensure that the optimization strategies can be effectively implemented,such as cultural safeguard,organizational safeguard,system safeguard.By researching on A company’s growing background and its current situations,this thesis provides a set of practical and feasible operation model for other companies.And it becomes the important references for other enterprises which has the same problems,this will assist the national economic subject development.And what’s more,it provides a simple and effective example for performance optimization research,and will enrich the examples of performance management research.Finally,the thesis helps A company fully understand of its own actual situation and supplies it targets to improve,which will enhance its comprehensive competitiveness.
