In order to achieve better development,most communication enterprises in China have established performance evaluation systems and performance management systems with performance as the core,which have caused problems such as decreased applicability in long-term development.This article takes specific communication companies as the research object,combines Balanced Scorecard(BSC)with Economic Value Added(EVA),studies their feasibility and necessity,fully integrates their respective advantages,promotes strengths and avoids weaknesses,and has certain reference significance for optimizing the performance management system of other similar communication companies.This article uses literature analysis to review and study the relevant literature and theories of performance management system,balanced scorecard(BSC),and economic value added method(EVA);We have adopted field research methods to conduct research on the performance management system and related financial indicators of XD Communication Company;The questionnaire survey method was used to analyze and study the problems in the performance management system of XD Communication Company.Research has shown that the problems with the performance evaluation system of XD Company include: the implementation of the evaluation plan and the solicitation of opinions are mere formality,and there is a lack of performance training;Lack of performance evaluation interview and appeal mechanisms;The performance evaluation plan lacks scientificity,and the comprehensive department assessment lacks quantitative indicators;The performance evaluation process is unreasonable,and there are differences between the evaluation indicators and the actual situation.The main problems with the current performance evaluation mechanism of XD Communication Company include: lack of a comprehensive non-financial indicator evaluation mechanism;The assessment results cannot demonstrate the true value of the enterprise;The assessment content lacks strategic objectives;Lack of employee incentive mechanisms;Lack of feedback mechanism.The optimization design of XD Communication Company’s performance management system includes: clarifying the standards for reforming the performance management mechanism;Clarify performance management responsibilities and assign them to specific departments;Optimize the existing performance management mechanism;Adjust the performance evaluation indicator system;Personal performance plan;Determination of performance level;Optimize the application system of performance results.The key indicators of the EVA-BSC performance evaluation system include the following: financial dimension indicators;Customer dimension indicators;Learning and growth dimension indicators. |
