The "14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Outline of Vision for 2035" clearly pointed out that it is necessary to accelerate our country’s digital development and create new advantages in the digital economy. At present, the world is in the era of digital economy with the information technology revolution as the core. The development of digital economy in our country should take reform and innovation as the fundamental driving force, promote the concentration of various innovative elements in enterprises, and promote the improvement of production efficiency. At the same time,as the leading force of the national economy, the manufacturing industry is a solid foundation for a country ’ s economic transformation. The integration of the digital economy and manufacturing is not only the main battlefield and core area of industrial digitalization, but also the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.important manifestation. However, for a long time, our country’s manufacturing resources have been misallocated, the industrial space layout is not very reasonable, and the smoothness of resource flow needs to be further improved. So,what impact does the digital economy have on the efficiency of manufacturing space resource allocation? Does the development of digital economy have a spatial spillover effect on the efficiency of manufacturing spatial resource allocation in neighboring regions? What is the mechanism by which the digital economy affects the efficiency of spatial resource allocation in China’s manufacturing industry? Based on the above problems, this thesis discusses the relationship between the two,and identifies the specific effects of the digital economy on the efficiency of China’s manufacturing space resource allocation from a spatial perspective, and accordingly puts forward some policy suggestions for optimizing our country’s manufacturing space resource allocation. This thesis uses statistical data such as "China Statistical Yearbook","China Urban Statistical Yearbook","China Industrial Enterprise Database",and takes our country’s provincial and city-level digital economy and manufacturing space resource allocation as the research object to explore the impact of digital economy on our country. The impact of manufacturing space resource allocation efficiency.First,it sorts out the relevant literature about scholars’ research on the digital economy and the efficiency of manufacturing space resource allocation;secondly,it generally analyzes how the digital economy affects China’s manufacturing space resource allocation efficiency, and from the perspective of industrial agglomeration,it expounds the impact of the digital economy on the manufacturing space. The main mechanism of resource allocation efficiency;thirdly, the development level of the digital economy at the provincial and city levels was measured, and at the same time, the OP covariance method was used to measure the manufacturing space resource allocation efficiency at the provincial and city levels;then,a common panel was constructed.and spatial panel data model, conduct benchmark regression on the two and test the spatial spillover effect of digital economy on the efficiency of manufacturing spatial resource allocation;finally, through the mechanism test of the intermediary variable industrial agglomeration,it analyzes and illustrates the digital economy ’ s impact on manufacturing spatial resources The mechanism of allocation efficiency, and the introduction of housing prices as a factor,to identify the role of the digital economy in suppressing the allocation efficiency of manufacturing space resources due to rising housing prices. The benchmark regression results show that the digital economy has a nonlinear inverted "U"-shaped impact on the efficiency of manufacturing spatial resource allocation at both the provincial and urban levels, indicating that the digital economy first promotes the improvement of China’s manufacturing spatial resource allocation efficiency. The integrated development of the economy and the manufacturing industry produces "agglomeration synergy effect",but excessive pursuit of digitization and virtualization may crowd out physical agglomeration, which is not conducive to the optimization of space resource allocation in the manufacturing industry, resulting in a "de-real-to-virtual effect".The regression results of the spatial Dubin model show that the digital economy at the provincial level has a negative spillover effect on the efficiency of manufacturing spatial resource allocation in adjacent areas, and the digital economy at the city level has a positive spillover effect on the spatial resource allocation efficiency of manufacturing in adjacent areas, indicating the development of the digital economy.High-level provinces will attract resources from neighboring provinces to flow to the region, hindering the improvement of their spatial resource allocation efficiency, while the development of adjacent cities has a synergistic development effect, and the development of each city in the same province has a demonstration effect, thereby optimizing the local manufacturing space.resource allocation efficiency. The results of the mechanism test show that the development of the digital economy mainly affects the efficiency of spatial resource allocation in our country’s manufacturing industry through industrial agglomeration.significant promotion.Further analysis shows that the development of the digital economy can help alleviate the hindering effect of rising housing prices on the efficiency of manufacturing space resource allocation.Based on the above conclusions,in order to improve the efficiency of the allocation of manufacturing space resources, first of all, provinces and cities should increase the construction of digital infrastructure, promote the deep integration and development of the digital economy and the physical manufacturing industry, and form a development pattern that complements and promotes each other.Comprehensive use of a variety of policy tools to encourage the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.Secondly,it is necessary to expand the scope of digital economy space spillovers, drive the efficiency of the allocation of manufacturing space resources in adjacent areas, encourage exchanges and cooperation between cities, strengthen the spillover effects through learning and exchanges, and ensure the full and efficient flow of resources. Finally,we should pay attention to the quality of development, build a highland of industrial agglomeration, avoid excessive government intervention in the location selection of enterprises, give full play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of space resources, and enable enterprises to spontaneously form agglomerations to improve the efficiency of space resource allocation in real industries. |
