| Chinese economy has changed from high speed growth stage to high quality development stage,set up green development concept,coordinate economic development and environmental protection,is an important embodiment of realizing high quality economic development.Through agglomeration,digital industry can not only achieve rapid development by itself,but also help promote industrial integration,realize rapid flow of production factors,promote energy conservation and emission reduction,promote industrial structure upgrading,and thus improve the efficiency of green economy.On the basis of combing relevant domestic and foreign research literature and elaborating the mechanism of digital industrial agglomeration on green economic efficiency,this paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system and selected location entropy method and DEA-SBM model to measure the digital industrial agglomeration level and green economic efficiency level in 30 provinces during 2008-2019,and analyzed their spatio-temporal evolution characteristics.By constructing panel Tobit model,threshold model,intermediary model and spatial error model,the total effect,threshold effect,intermediary effect and spatial effect of digital industry agglomeration on green economy efficiency were analyzed.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results,relevant policy recommendations are put forward.The results show that:(1)The concentration level of digital industry is on the rise,the efficiency level of green economy is basically on the rise,and the eastern region is better on the whole;(2)Digital industry agglomeration has a significant promoting effect on green economic efficiency,but this effect presents an "inverted U-shaped" feature;(3)Digital industry agglomeration can promote the efficiency of green economy by promoting technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading;(4)The economic development level has a single threshold effect on the effect of digital industry agglomeration on the green economic efficiency.When the economic development level exceeds 4.7963 trillion yuan,the promoting effect of digital industry agglomeration on the green economic efficiency is significantly increased.The influence of foreign direct investment on the green economic efficiency of digital industry agglomeration is a single threshold effect.When the level of foreign direct investment exceeds 41.364 billion,the regression coefficient of digital industry agglomeration on the green economic efficiency decreases from 0.234 to 0.071,and the promoting effect decreases.It shows that the level of foreign direct investment should be in a reasonable range to better promote the efficiency of green economy;(5)Green economic efficiency has a spatial correlation,and the coefficient of spatial error term is0.0386,indicating that the promoting effect of digital industry agglomeration on green economic efficiency and the spatial effect of green economic efficiency itself are convergent,and the level of green economic efficiency in each province is spatially dependent.According to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Vigorously develop digital economy;(2)Giving play to the supporting role of digital industry;(3)Strengthen digital professional personnel training;(4)Paying attention to coordinated development among regions. |
