Research On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Industrial Structure And Ecological Environment In The Western Region

Under the new normal of economy,environmental pollution has gradually become one of the main problems facing our country,and industrial structure adjustment,as an important way to promote the construction of ecological civilization,both promotes and restricts each other.The economic development and resource and environmental constraints in western my country are facing great pressure.How to coordinate the relationship between the industrial structure and the ecological environment and realize the coupling and coordinated development of the two has become one of the important research topics.On the basis of sustainable development theory,ecological economics theory and coupled and coordinated development theory,and combined with the actual situation in the west,this paper develops the development status of its industrial structure and ecological environment from 2010 to 2019 from the aspects of industrial output value structure and industrial employment structure.Based on the analysis,a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed based on this,and the coupling and coordinated development of each region is quantitatively calculated.Finally,optimization countermeasures are proposed in order to provide a reference for the coupling and coordinated development of the industrial structure and the ecological environment in the western region.Based on the above analysis,this paper draws two conclusions: First,the comprehensive evaluation index of the industrial structure and the ecological environment in the western regions shows a fluctuating upward trend.The level of growth is lower.Secondly,the degree of coupling and coordination in the western regions is on the rise as a whole,and the coordinated development between the two systems is developing in a more high-quality and orderly direction.As of the end of 2018,the western region as a whole has entered the primary stage of coordinated development.From the perspective of spatial changes,the degree of coupling and coordinated development in my country’s border areas is relatively slow.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: industrial structure adjustment,ecological environment optimization,and coordinated development of industrial structure and ecological environment.
