With the rapid development of agricultural and rural economy and the continuous improvement of farmers’ living conditions,problems such as agricultural ecological environment and food safety have become increasingly prominent.For a long time,in order to pursue the rapid development of agricultural economy,farmers have excessively applied chemical fertilizers,pesticides and other means of production.The behavior of farmers brings environmental load and severely restricts the growth potential of agricultural output.Therefore,in the green development of agriculture,it is very important to promote cleaner production methods.It is necessary to develop agricultural productivity and ensure food safety.It is the development direction of modern agricultural technology to replace traditional agricultural technology with green,efficient and sustainable agricultural cleaner production technology.Since the development of agricultural cleaner production,the government and relevant departments have played a major role.As the main body of technology adoption,farmers are also the main decision-making body for technology application.Therefore,the degree of farmers’ adoption of cleaner production technology determines the degree of promotion of agricultural cleaner production technology.Statistics show that cleaner production technologies for food crops have been widely used.For commercial crops such as garlic,which have a cumbersome planting process,farmers who grow garlic rarely use cleaner production techniques.So what is garlic cleaner production technology? What is the attitude of garlic farmers to the adoption of cleaner production technology for garlic?What are the factors that affect the willingness and behavior of garlic cleaner production technology adoption? These questions are worth exploring.Around the above problems,this paper has carried out related research.First,on the basis of sorting out the domestic and foreign research progress related to cleaner production,this paper is supported by farmers’ behavior theory,technology extension theory,technology acceptance model and agricultural sustainable development theory.This paper also constructs an analysis framework of cleaner production technology adoption intention-behavior.Secondly,under the framework of theoretical analysis,this paper takes the garlic growers in Lanling County,Shandong Province as the research object.In this paper,structural equation model and ordered multi-category logistic were used to explore the influencing factors of garlic farmers’ adoption willingness,garlic farmers’ adoption behavior,and the inconsistency between willingness and behavior.Finally,based on the research results,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to promote the consistency of the willingness and behavior of garlic farmers to adopt cleaner production technology,so as to speed up the promotion of agricultural cleaner production technology.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The direct effect of perceived usefulness on behavior intention is greater than that of perceived ease of use.2.Social influence is significant for both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.3.Convenience is significant for both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.4.The overall willingness of garlic farmers to adopt cleaner production technology is relatively high,but the adoption behavior is less,showing the divergence of willingness and behavior.5.The education level of garlic farmers,the degree of land fragmentation and the degree of production specialization significantly affect the disparity between the willingness and behavior of garlic farmers to adopt cleaner production technology.6.Technical availability,arable land quality,and cognitive level did not significantly diverge from garlic farmers’ willingness to adopt cleaner production technology and their behavior. |
