Research On The Distribution Of Logistics Hub Network In Northeast China Under The Background Of Northeast China’s Overall Revitalization

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that China’s economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development.Logistics,as a basic,strategic and leading industry supporting the development of national economy,is an indispensable force supporting the high-quality development of economy.In 2018,China issued the National Logistics Hub Layout and Construction Plan,proposing to build a logistics operation system of "channel + hub + network".How to layout the regional logistics hub network has become a key problem to be solved to promote the high-quality development of logistics.Northeast China occupies the center of Northeast Asia with superior geographical location and solid industrial foundation.However,its logistics development level in China is relatively backward,does not meet the requirements of high quality development.In 2021,China issued the Implementation Plan of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for overall Revitalization of Northeast China,ushering in an opportunity for overall revitalization of Northeast China.Therefore,this paper takes Northeast China as the analysis object to study the distribution of regional logistics hub network,so as to contribute to the overall revitalization of Northeast China.This paper studies the distribution of logistics hub network in Northeast China.On the basis of analyzing the current logistics network,logistics hub and logistics competitiveness,this paper constructs the logistics hub network in Northeast China according to competitive advantage theory,system theory,location theory and industrial layout theory.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of economic and logistics development in Northeast China in detail,and summarizes the problems existing in the development of logistics in Northeast China,laying a realistic foundation for future research.Secondly,this paper introduces the distribution model of logistics hub network in Northeast China.On the one hand,based on the diamond model,the evaluation index system of logistics competitiveness of cities in Northeast China is constructed,and the improved CRITIC-TOPSIS model is used to evaluate the logistics competitiveness of cities.The evaluation results of logistics competitiveness of cities are used as the basis for the hierarchy division of logistics hub cities.On the other hand,the logistics gravity model is improved to calculate the logistics gravity between cities,and the logistics subordination degree is used to calculate the urban logistics radiation range,which is the basis for constructing inter-city logistics channels.Finally,using the above methods,this paper divides the cities in Northeast China into three types: logistics hub center city,logistics hub key city and logistics hub development city.Meanwhile,four types of inter-city logistics channels are constructed: main trunk channel,secondary trunk channel,branch channel and point-to-point branch channel.Then,this paper draws the distribution map of logistics hub network in Northeast China,and puts forward four specific network layout suggestions: clarifying the function positioning of urban logistics,accelerating the integrated development of logistics with other industries,improving the integration ability of logistics resources,and strengthening the overall planning of the government...
