| In the process of strategies about revitalizing the northeast old industrial base, constructing the Dalian international shipping center, and developing the big northeast'logistics, on August 31,2006,the State Council approved the establishment of Dalian Dayaowan Bonded harbor, which makes it one of the most opening demonstration zones to the outside in our country. Under this situation, this article writes about the bonded logistics network in Northeast China, and was written by 6 parts.1. Part one analyzes the item background from three places of overseas, domestic, and northeast China.2. Part two talks about the necessity of the research on bonded logistic network in Northeast China. It introduces the theories about logistics network and bonded logistics, and points out the stratagem status and importance of Dalian bonded harbor to the study of Northeast China logistics network.3. Part three describes the present situation of international logistics in the hinterland. It analyzes the situation of logistic network and forecasts the international logistic demand of Dalian bonded harbor.4. Part four optimizes the bonded logistic network of Northeast China. It's the core of this article. Firstly, it introduces the basic situation of bonded logistic nodes and connecting lines, and then it selects city nodes by using fuzzy evaluation model, and improves the connecting lines.5. Part five briefs the information system for the network. It constructs the information system of Northeast China bonded logistic network through the sides of public information system, special, industry and enterprise information system.6. Part six puts forward some policy suggestions and guarantee measurements.Through upper improvements, it realizes that the bonded policy covers all of the areas of Northeast China, and seamless connects with international logistic network. Therefore, it promotes the outside level and the international process of economy in Northeast China. |
