Cycle Logistics Network Planning And Implementation Strategies

The logistics involves two systems, the economic society and the ecosystem environment. The fast development of the logistics lowered the enterprises cost and bring the performance to the enterprises, but produced a series of negative influence. The logistics activities damaged the ecosystem environment more and more seriously, and caused the waste of a great deal of resources, and produced the negative influence on the development of the economic society. Therefore, it will have some inspiration to explore a new theoretical model of the logistics operation for the enterprises and the development of the logistics industry.Circular economy brings important changes for the logistics field, so circular logistics is emerging with the tide of the times. But because of lacking the strong supports of the systematic theories and the advanced technical, the effect of the circular logistics have not yet produced. On the basis of concluding the logistics research theories of the predecessors and the status of current developments in the logistics, the article researched the circular logistics' theory, the meaning, the operation, the construction of the network, and the strategy of the implement. The specific studies include:1. Analyzing the condition of the research and the trend of the development of the circular logistics. Introducing the concept and meaning, the foundation of the theories and the motive of the implement of the circular logistics.2. Analyzing the construction of the principle, the process and the behavior corpuses of the circular logistics system. Putting forward two problems that need to be solved for the strategic decision of the circular logistics system: the outsourcing decision analysis and the construction of the network of the circular logistics.3. In the outsourcing decision analysis of the circular logistics, setting up an evaluation index sign system of the third party server of circular logistics that involved the forward logistics and reverse logistics, applying the method of analytic network process (ANP) with a numerical example to analyze. That method considered the clusters of the different hierarchies and the inner elements in clusters that have the connection or feedback relation. Therefore, ANP can be more close to actuality to reflect and describe the decision problem than AHP.4. In the construction of the circular logistics' network, this paper established a mixed integer-programming model to maximize the total income of the logistics' network. This model integrated the forward logistics and reverses logistics and considered various processing methods that involved the product reverse logistics; the accessory reverse logistics and the waste material reverse logistics. It's near to the actual operation circumstance of the network. And then use LINGO to solve the numerical example.5. Analyzing the operational obstacles of circular logistics and inquiring into the operational strategy with there angles that involved the effect of the government, the integration of the logistics system and the use of the information technical.
