As the above-ground portion of resources is used intensively,underground logistics is an effective way to reduce traffic congestion and environment pollution and improve the quality of the city transportation.The application is not much all over the world,so it is in a primary stage basically.And the theory research is very little.But the development of underground logistics will be the most effective way to solve problems in the development of cities in the world such as traffic congestion.This article mainly focused on the construction of the urban underground logistics network.First of all,analyze the city's geographic information,then investigate and study the demand of the industrial land,resident land and commercial land,starting with the social economy and logistics facilities mainly,taking fully consideration of geological conditions to decide the development area for the points of supply and demand;Then,use the passenger flow OD method which is used in the traffic planning analysis on the ground to get the logistics freight volume(L-OD).Divide to get the logistics demand area,then give a prediction of the logistics distribution while an area centroid is a logistics node,using TransCAD software to get the logistics distribution expect line between logistics nodes;work out the OD freight volume between all logistics nodes,and have a hierarchy and classification to the nodes according to supply and demand quantity.Make distinction between the main pipeline and the secondary one judged by the thickness of expect lines(that is,freight between nodes).Finally,find out the common characteristics of the collaboration transportation,rail transit planning and the underground pipeline freight.Then combining the ground logistics network planning theory,establish a function with the goal of minimizing the total cost which consists of node investment cost,line cost,transportation cost and transfer cost.And make full use of the node level and the grade of the primary and secondary pipeline.When lay down the constraint conditions,take the node capacity,road capacity and the difference of their investment cost into account.Finally,solve the model by using the genetic algorithm,and use an example to verify its validity and feasibility.In this paper,the research results play a vital role in solving traffic congestion,accidents and pollution,in achieving common and direct distribution,in enterprise and society's minimum inventory,in e-commerce logistics bottleneck.It also proves the necessity of constructing logistics network of the urban underground logistics system.
