With China’s increasing influence on the international market,especially since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019,exports have increased significantly and Chinese economy grows steady.At the same time,we are also feeling a strong international anti-trade wave.As General Secretary Xi Jinping has said,only by mastering core technologies can we seize the initiative in competition and development and ensure national economic and national defense security.Under this background,aviation manufacturing enterprise must adjust management strategy in time,improve product quality,reduce management costs,and ensure stable product delivery,so as to ensure national defense security.Constructing supplier management system is one of important methods to guarantee delivery,stabilize quality,control price,more and more manager begin to notice the important of supplier management.For ACC as a core state enterprise of the aviation manufacturing industry,it is an inevitable trend to standardize the supplier management system and build a comprehensive procurement evaluation system.This paper combines the author’s years experience of supplier management,from the perspective of aviation manufacturing,research supplier management using the supplier management theory.This paper summarizes domestic and foreign research results from several aspects of supplier sourcing,supplier classification,supplier evaluation and supplier relationship management,analyzes the supplier management status of ACC,and summarizes the main problems in supplier management.According to the current situation of the existing supplier management system,based on high technology,high quality and high confidentiality,we establish the basic ideas of building ACC supplier management:"the supplier management,cost matching,quality assurance ability,cooperation intention",determine index weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and build a supplier index system suitable for the development of ACC company.This paper takes aviation manufacturing enterprises as the research object,optimize and improve supplier selection and management by focuses on material procurement business management,highlights the characteristics of aviation manufacturing industry.By establishing AHP supplier selection model,provide reference for innovative supplier selection methods,propose quantitative evaluation indicators for supplier daily evaluation,and increase the scientific nature of evaluation. |
