| With the rapid development of economy and society and the further deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,young employees in enterprises are endowed with more responsibilities and obligations.The fast-paced working mode adds a lot of psychological pressure and work pressure to young employees,and employees will feel job burnout when they are under high pressure for a long time.The occurrence of job burnout not only harms the physical and mental health of employees,but also reduces work efficiency,affects the rapid development of enterprises and the improvement of economic benefits,and at the same time,reduces employees’satisfaction with their jobs.Especially in the critical period of enterprise reform and development,after 80 young employees has become the key to enterprise development power,so the group after 80 young employees job burnout problem,put forward effective intervention measures,to the health of young employees personal growth,with the rapid development of this enterprise has important practical significance,can also be used for other industry enterprises to provide the reference when dealing with employees’ job burnout.This paper through the literature research,questionnaire and depth interview method,using the theory of job burnout and job satisfaction theory explores the SW group after 80 young employees of job burnout problem,survey and study on the SW group is introduced based on the staff management system,designed the interview outline and questionnaire,according to the information and the feedback from the questionnaire results of interviews,the SW group 80 young employees after the causes of job burnout problem is analyzed,and on the basis of the design after the SW group 80 young employees job burnout intervention plans,and put forward the implementation of the intervention plans are guaranteed.The research believes that the job burnout of young employees can be anticipated and intervened from three aspects:individual,organization and work itself.For the different needs of the individual can use different interventions,only a combination of good corporate goals and individual goals,motivate the inner motive power of young employees and work enthusiasm,promote the healthy growth of young employees personal,enhance young employee job satisfaction,to improve production efficiency and economic benefit,help enterprises to grow. |
