Abstract/Summary:
In this paper, young employees of TWZ company are the research object. From the dimensions of occupational values and position satisfaction, questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis were used to explore relevant factors that influence young employees’ occupational values and job satisfaction, as well as the relevancy between occupational values and job satisfaction. This paper reviewed and summarized the relevant literature and theories, elaborated the present situation of general research on young employees of TWZ company. Based on this, the writer put forward the structures and research hypothesis. Further more, correlation and mathematical statistical analysis were finished by using interview method and questionnaire investigation. It is confirmed that occupational values and job satisfaction has a certain linear relationship, and the occupational values have a significantly positive effect on job satisfaction.The research lies in cultivating correct occupational values and putting forward rational suggestions to improve young staffs job satisfaction, to promote professional development, and to form career planning that is suitable to personal development. By combining young staff’s life value and TWZ company’s development, a win-win situation can be seen.
