Young people are the main force in the business operation of commercial banks,and their proportion in management continues to increase.Because of their excellent creativity and execution,they will directly determine the development aspects and trends of commercial banks to a certain extent.However,at present,the job Satisfactions of young employees is declining,and the turnover rate of young employees of commercial banks is increasing,which is very unfavorable for the development of commercial banks.With the development of my country’s economy,the financial industry has achieved certain innovations,which is a big impact on the traditional banking and finance.How to improve the job Satisfaction of employees in the traditional banking industry and mobilize the enthusiasm of young employees has become a commercial bank.The key to core competitiveness.This paper takes the young employees of S Rural Commercial Bank as the research object,investigates the current situation of young employees’ job satisfaction,and analyzes the problems and reasons of the low job satisfaction of young employees of S Rural Commercial Bank.The research found that the young employees of S City Rural Commercial Bank currently have low job satisfaction.According to the two factor theory,from the perspective of health factors and incentive factors,the analysis of the scope of health problems is that the unit policy is not targeted,the management efficiency is low,the performance appraisal is not transparent,the lack of interpersonal communication,poor working conditions,low salary levels,and unreasonable welfare design.The main reasons for these problems are: solidified unit policies,backward management concepts,incomplete performance appraisal mechanism,poor communication channels,more outlets in rural areas,single salary structure,and lack of research on welfare design;In terms of motivation factors,five problem categories are summarized: lack of achievement in work,low sense of identity,single work without challenges,heavy tasks with few authorizations and few opportunities for growth and development.The reasons for these problems are: low work efficiency,lack of recognition from the masses and colleagues,difficulty in playing a role in work,prevalence of bureaucracy and lack of career planning.Based on the analysis and summary of the problems and causes,the paper finally puts forward the relevant policy recommendations to improve the job satisfaction of the employees of S City Rural Commercial Bank: optimize the enterprise system,improve management efficiency,optimize performance appraisal,establish a smooth communication mechanism,improve the working environment,raise the salary level and improve the way of welfare;In terms of incentive factors,we can establish a multi form training system,strengthen the praise of outstanding employees,increase the diversity of work,strengthen the authorization of employees and reasonably broaden the career development channels.This study found that on the one hand,it can improve the job satisfaction of young employees of S Rural Commercial Bank,on the other hand,it can also provide inspiration and suggestions for banks with similar difficulties to optimize and improve.
