The proceeding of Chinese market's reform and Opening-up,the influxion of foreign banks,and the declining economic environment,contributed to that commercial banks are facing fierce competition.As a small and medium-sized bank,the city commercial bank,has a big difference in terms of asset size,risk control,business category and new product development progress compared with state-owned commercial banks and national joint-stock commercial banks.Under such a fierce competitive environment,city commercial banks are increasingly demanding employees' abilities and qualities.Young employees are the company's future and hope.They are the backbone of business development.Young employees' attitudes,values,and concepts have also increasingly influenced the development and transformation of commercial banks.Based on the existing research results,this paper combines the actual situation of the Yancheng Branch of JS Bank.We started from the satisfaction of young employees on the work,constructing youth employee satisfaction evaluation model of Yancheng Branch of JS Bank.And then adopted a questionnaire survey method for young employees.Satisfaction was made into statistics,and analyzed from different dimensions and types,and the problems and causes of the development of young employees in JS Bank Yancheng Branch were found out.This paper draws the following conclusions through questionnaire survey and corresponding statistical data analysis:(1)Young employees may have greater differences in employee satisfaction in dimensions of career;(2)Sort by importance of factors affecting employee satisfaction,the line is work reward,career,colleague relationship,management system,work itself,leader behavior,work environment;(3)Among the secondary indicators affecting employee satisfaction,what young employee most wang to improve is workload and intensity,work and rest system,vacation,understanding of various management system,promotion and so on.This paper combines the actual situation of Yancheng Branch of JS Bank,incentive Theory combining Porter and Lawler,put forward corresponding optimization suggestions from five aspects: establishing job analysis system,optimizing salary incentive system for young employees,strengthening career management,improving training system for young employees,and creating a harmonious working atmosphere.In addition,it is particularly emphasized that in order to cope with the ever-changing situation of science and technology development and the impact of new economy,new format and new model,we must take precautions,strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of youth staff training,and provide a more systematic and feasible scheme for Yancheng Branch of JS Bank to enhance the satisfaction of young employees and strengthen the construction of talent team.
