| State-owned enterprises are the leading force in the national economy and occupy an important position in the process of China’s economic development.In recent years,the state has issued a series of documents and policies,comprehensively deploying the market-oriented reform process of state-owned enterprises in the new era.The reform of state-owned enterprises has put forward new requirements for the professional quality of employees,most state-owned enterprises have both structural redundancy and structural shortage of employees,and the ability and quality of employees cannot match the new positioning and new requirements after the reform of state-owned enterprises,which has become an important factor restricting the rapid development of state-owned enterprises.This also forces state-owned enterprises to re-examine,sort out and build a training system,so that existing employees can better adapt to the needs of the market-oriented reform and development of state-owned enterprises through training,and stimulate the vitality of internal development of enterprises.The new public management provides a highly relevant research perspective for the optimization of the training system under the background of the reform of market-oriented state-owned enterprises,and its emphasis on the concept of"people-oriented",the orientation of customer needs,the introduction of competition mechanism,the innovation of flexible management,the mechanism of performance evaluation,the management of e-government and other core ideas and concepts can effectively and targeted solve the problems existing in the training management of state-owned enterprises,and has strong reference significance for guiding the optimization of the training system of state-owned enterprises.Based on the existing training theory research results,this paper selected YZ Holding Company as a case study.The company is a municipal state-owned enterprise group,more than 30 subsidiaries involved in many industries,a wide range of business types,with strong representativeness and feasibility.Through questionnaire survey,data analysis and interview,the analysis found that the training system of the company has problems such as backward management idea,lack of demand analysis,evaluation is only a formality,and training method is single,which has a strong universality and universality.Based on the new public management for state-owned enterprise training system optimization of the enlightenment,in view of the state-owned enterprise training system optimization of six core link and five important fields,put forward the optimization of state-owned enterprise training system and security system,in the hope to provide reference for similar studies in the future,as well as other facing the same problem of state-owned enterprise training system set up and optimize. |
