| Competition among companies can be regarded as the competition for talented people. "Human has become the most important assets of enterprises", the word has been more and more popular, as well the manager is the most valuable part. Therefore, to enhance the training and the development of its staff, especially the quality of management training as well as improving the innovation ability of the managers are the ways to create a sophisticated management team. And that is an effective strategy to improve the core competence for enterprises. However, the management training in state-owned enterprises is not going on well. Most corporations have done much, but lack a systematic and targeted system.The new economic situation has brought forward new requirement for training of state-owned enterprises, and it is imperative to strengthen the training of managers. This article, at the basic of concluding the previous research achievement, taking the managers of state-owned enterprises as research object, by means of literature study, comparison, inspection and case analysis, discusses the environment and problem of the training on the manager of the state-owned enterprises in China, and systematically puts forward the basic work, processes, methods and the application of safeguards of the establishment of an effective system of state-owned enterprise management system. Finally, by analyzing the innovative training system on the managers in Baosteel, this article draws some useful conclusion and puts some suggestions, in hope of offering some reference for state-owned enterprises to establish a better training system for manager under the new situation.Chapter I introduces the previous research achievement on staff training field, and the research methods and the paper's content framework.Chapter II defines the concept and connotation of employee training, simply introduces the development process, and discusses the theoretical basis of related employee training.Chapter III analyzes the environment and problem of the training on the manager of the state-owned enterprises in China.Chapter IV on the basis of the basic work of the management staff training of state-owned enterprises, the training process is designed, the training content and innovation methods are talked about, and the implementation of security issues for manager training is analyzed, which have built an effective manager training system of state-owned enterprises.Chapter V does research on the case of Baosteel managers "five-three" training system.Chapter VI gives a summary of this article and points out the disadvantages in present research and the questions that still need for further study. |
