Research On State-owned Enterprises' Reform In Russia

It is obvious that political economics becomes one of the crucial points influencing on all spheres of social life and controlling the relation between different social groups in economic aspect.In political economics government and its policy play the key role as an instrument for regulations of labour-management relations and production relations,result of which is the situation of social life within the country.To date we are living in the world,where tendencies of sustainability become more and more important for successful development.That is why all scientific researches in the economic sphere are rather important for understanding of the situation within one particular country and in the whole world.Moreover,study of economy can help people to increase the level of life standards for citizens.Taking into consideration changing environmental situation on our planet the idea of sustainability became very popular among international society.So the pursuit of sustainable development with its three pillars-social,economic and environmental sustainability-calls for regulation of the government to deal coherently with the complex relationships among the components of sustainability.Besides,today some developed countries has reached rather high level of sustainability,improving their social life by appropriate regulation of economic sphere,recognizing that solid investments in development of economy and science have a significant role to play in sustainability as the firs step.Moreover,all economic activities influence to each other,nevertheless are impossible without governmental control.Modern development of Russian economy is depending on some factors,especially urgent is the situation under European and American sanctions,and constantly growing up relationships with its Asian partners,the most important from the list of which is China.In order to understand the to-date situation with Russian economy and its development,we need to show the picture of this subject in its history.The main idea of this paper is to clear up the development process of state-owned enterprises in Soviet Union and modern Russia as one of the most principal of economy sustainability.The research of this question can help to clarify the main points of economy development in Russia,moreover,the history gives us clear picture of all tendencies,that are presented in today economy.So,in this particular paper we concentrate our attention on the one-hundred history of reforms in the sector of stated-owned enterprises,observing all their specifics during different period of times and under different governing.Starting with 1917,when there was building of the new state,the Soviet Union,and transforming most of all private sector economy(especially,earth,banks,big enterprises)in state-owned,and simultaneously giving some independence for small enterprises.Then,coming to a new Russian history,collapse of the Soviet Union and new streams in economy:global process of privatization and policy of"shocking therapy".According to the non-profitable results of these two ideas,the other way of governing occurred in Russia,when a new president and his new team came to power:Vladimir Putin and his policy for transferring of many enterprises in state-owned form,especially,in oil,gas and banking sectors.It is needed to point,that reform in sector of stated-owned enterprises for the last hundred years in Russia(from 1917 Soviet Union to today's Russia)is mostly two-side process:nationalization and privatization.So,in this particular paper we are trying to give a clear picture of these two processes on the each economy history stage of the Soviet Union and modern Russia.It is obvious,that not only private sector of economy,but mostly state-owned,makes possible different activities within the society,and as a result,plays key role in progress of citizens' life of one country.But,moreover,it then influences the global economy and global market.That is why observing structure and analyzing the ways of further development of state-owned enterprises in Russia can help scholars from both sides to find more appropriate way of economic cooperation between Russia and China.
