At present,many state-owned enterprises in the absolute excess of staff,and some post personnel can not meet the job requirements,especially the lack of senior management and skilled personnel is more serious.Therefore,paying attention to the training of middle and senior management and skilled personnel,carrying out job training pertinently and strengthening internal training management are the key means to improve staff's working ability and service efficiency.Needless to say,good training management is conducive to the further improvement of the comprehensive strength of state-owned enterprises and the achievement of their vested interests.Based on the theory of training management,this paper focuses on the current situation of training management in Y state-owned grain enterprises,focusing on literature analysis,case study and questionnaire survey.It also focuses on the analysis of training management problems in Y state-owned grain enterprises,and then puts forward improvement and security strategies.It is found that the existing problems of training management in Y state-owned grain enterprises are: the combination of training system and enterprise development strategy is not close,the training needs analysis and training plan are imperfect,the training content arrangement does not reflect the omni-directional and multi-level nature,the use of new training methods is limited,and the training evaluation and incentive mechanism is not perfect.Therefore,based on enterprise strategic planning,internal graded training should be improved.At the same time,we should create a good training environment,strengthen training support system,strengthen professional career planning,and establish and improve training information communication mechanism,so as to ensure better training management countermeasures.Implementation.This study complements the existing case-based research results on training management of state-owned grain enterprises,and promotes the improvement of training management practice level of state-owned grain enterprises.
