| Finance in modern market economy has become an important influencing factor in economic development.When financial development is adversely affected,the economy will inevitably limit and hindered.As a type of finance,agricultural finance is the core of rural funding in the modernization of agricultural rural areas.Agricultural rural modernization requires active and efficient financial operations to provide essential capital and financial configurations for the development and construction of agricultural rural modernization.This article will conduct systematic research on the role of financial support in Hunan Agricultural Rural Modernization,and try to establish financial support to promote the modernization of rural modernization in Hunan Agricultural Rural Areas in the New Period.This has certain reference significance for the financial development of Hunan and the modernization of regional agricultural rural my country.This paper selects ten specific indicators from the two dimensions of agricultural modernization and rural modernization combined with data availability to construct an evaluation system for agricultural and rural modernization,and uses the entropy method to calculate the score of agricultural and rural modernization.level of modernization.Selecting relevant data from 2006 to 2020 in various cities and prefectures in Hunan Province,using the panel regression model,the theoretical status analysis and empirical analysis of rural financial support and agricultural and rural modernization in Hunan Province are carried out.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Agricultural and rural modernization in Hunan Province Among them,only two cities and prefectures,Hengyang and Changde,have entered the basic realization stage,and most cities and prefectures are in the initial stage and the upgrading stage.As the major grain-producing provinces in Central China,the overall level of agricultural and rural modernization is not high enough;The development level of rural modernization shows an unbalanced trend.The Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration is the core growth pole,the agricultural and rural modernization ranks second from the bottom,and southern Hunan ranks first among the four regions.(2)In terms of financial support,Changsha City ranks first in the province in terms of the amount of agriculture-related loans and financial support,while Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture is at the bottom,which is mainly related to regional economic development and financial investment;The Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration benefits from the background of good economic development,the overall amount of agriculture-related loans is far ahead of other regions,and the amount of financial support for agriculture is not high,making financial support also in a leading position,and Dongting Lake District is a grain producing area.However,the financial support is ranked at the bottom of the province.It is necessary to further optimize the investment and financing structure and moderately increase the amount of agriculture-related loans.(3)The empirical analysis results show that the core variables of agriculture-related loans in 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan Province have a negative and significant impact on the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,while the village fixed asset investment and the per capita net income of farmers have a positive and significant impact.However,due to their different development status,the four regions have different regression results and have their own regional characteristics.Agriculture-related loans and financial support to agriculture in Chang-Zhu-Tan region are negative and positive,respectively.Fixed asset investment has a negative and positive significant impact,respectively,the per capita net income of rural households with agricultural-related loans in Dongting Lake area is negative and positive,respectively,the agricultural-related loans in the Greater Xiangxi region has a significant negative effect,and fiscal support for agriculture is positive and significant,and the rest of the variables It has little impact on the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. |
