Research On Fund Raising Of Rural "Medical Support Combination" Elderly Care Institutions In X City

At present,China’s aging problem is becoming more and more serious.Under the environment of the rapid increase in the number of disabled and semi disabled elderly,higher requirements are put forward for China’s elderly care and medical service industry.In this environment,the "combination of medical care and elderly care" model has been "born" smoothly.It is a new elderly care model emerging in recent years.Due to the influence of various factors,it has been seriously hindered in the implementation process in rural areas.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth and comprehensive Analysis on the development of "combination of medical care and elderly care" in rural elderly care institutions,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies,It has important theoretical and practical significance.In the process of research and analysis,this paper takes the demand hierarchy theory and multi center governance theory as an important basis,and analyzes the fund-raising of rural "medical and nursing" pension institutions in X city from multiple dimensions through various research methods such as literature research method and questionnaire survey method.Firstly,this paper expounds and analyzes the current development status and importance of the "combination of medical care and maintenance" pension institutions in China,introduces the basic situation of the development of pension industry in X city,finds out some ways of fund-raising in the rural "combination of medical care and maintenance" pension institutions in X City,and then analyzes it by questionnaire,This paper points out the practical problems existing in the fund-raising of pension institutions in X city,such as relatively low public reliability,relatively single fund-raising channel and so on;Secondly,it also analyzes the essential reasons for the formation of fund-raising problems of rural "combination of medical care and elderly care" elderly care institutions in X city,which can be summarized into three aspects: first,the fund-raising mechanism needs to be improved,second,the fund-raising ability is relatively weak,and third,the operation and management level is relatively low;Finally,combined with the current financing problems and actual development needs of rural "medical and nursing" elderly care institutions in X city,this paper puts forward development suggestions with strong pertinence and good implementation effect.First,optimize and improve the capital investment mechanism to further enrich the guiding function of the government.Second,actively explore fund-raising channels and introduce efficient fund-raising methods.Third,transform the business development model,continuously increase the operating income.
