| In today’s world of development,information technology plays an important role in influencing and driving economic and social change."The 14 th Five-Year Plan sets informatization as a major goal,aiming to promote the construction of a digital society and the digital transformation of industries.In the logistics industry,logistics information runs through the entire logistics activities,involving multiple links,from product production to consumption,transportation to packaging,with a wide range and rich variety.With the in-depth development of big data,cloud computing and other technologies,the Internet has ushered in a new round of fissionable reform climax,and logistics information services have developed rapidly.However,logistics information services are growing wildly under the promotion of the general environment,and there are numerous logistics information service platforms with uneven quality and lack of unified evaluation standards.This thesis provides evaluation standards for optimizing logistics information services through the constructed logistics information service evaluation index system and logistics abnormal information platform to avoid ineffective transportation caused by inaccurate information and information barriers.This thesis takes logistics information service as the research object,firstly,based on user perception theory,SERVQUAL evaluation theory,information service theory,use and satisfaction and other related theories,combined with the characteristics of logistics information and in-depth interviews to construct the preliminary evaluation indexes.Secondly,in order to ensure the scientificity and validity of the index system,this thesis selects and improves the evaluation indexes through pre-research,reliability validity test and other methods,and finally determines 6 first-level evaluation indexes and 19 second-level evaluation indexes.Finally,this thesis adopts BWM method to determine index weights according to experts’ opinions,and combines with SERVQUAL evaluation model to form logistics information service evaluation model,and evaluates and analyzes logistics information service.From the analysis results and the current situation of platform development,it is found that the following problems mainly exist in the construction and application of logistics information platform.The platform operation and management are not standardized,and there is the risk of information leakage;the accuracy of logistics information is low and the timeliness cannot be guaranteed;the logistics information platform lacks personalized services.Therefore,in order to meet the customer’s demand for information services,this thesis carries out the overall architecture design,functional module planning and realization of logistics abnormal information platform.Among them,the logistics enterprise abnormal information sharing platform is a logistics information sharing data platform built based on SSM framework,which contains data processing module,logistics information abnormal information module and site information abnormal module,and can complete the sharing of logistics site abnormal information and logistics transportation abnormal information. |
