Research On The Service Quality Evaluation Of Logistics Public Information Platform Of Roadway Freight

With the development of the road freight logistics public information platform,with the help of the computer and Internet technology,the logistics information is shared through the information platform,which provides convenience for the owners and the owners to look for the trading parties.However,the development time of China's road freight logistics public information platform is short,still in the initial stage,such platforms show more investment,high cost,high risk,less profit and other characteristics.Although the road freight logistics public information platform has become a powerful agent for the development of logistics industry,service quality has gradually become an important factor affecting the growth of information platform and even the key factors.But the service quality status of poor performance,the improvement of the quality of service is inevitably faced with many obstacles,at the same time,the systematic research on the service quality evaluation system is also extremely lack.This paper focuses on the problem of low quality of service of the current road freight logistics public information platform,based on the theory of service quality evaluation,taking the road freight logistics public information platform service quality evaluation system as the research object,several major domestic road freight logistics public information platform,the present situation of service quality is compared and analyzed,analysis of the performance and constraints of service quality,this paper constructs a system of service quality evaluation system of road freight logistics public information platform,provide early warning for the operation and development of the platform.at the same time,taking Tongling freight logistics public information service platform as an example,make a comprehensive evaluation,the improvement strategy is put forward.To sum up,this study focuses on four aspects:First,based on the domestic and foreign research on the road freight logistics public information platform,This paper summarizes the connotation,characteristics,classification,operation mode and main problems of the road freight logistics public information platform;Second,build a service quality evaluation index system of road freight logistics public information platform,which includes the first level indicators and the 18 two indicators,and test the index system based on the factor analysis method;Third,based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the weight of the evaluation index of the service quality of the road freight logistics public information platform is determined;Fourth,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the service quality of Tongling Logistics Public Information Platform,evaluation results for the average level,the results are the same as those of the existing evaluation results,in order to verify the scientific,reasonable,effective,easy to operate,and guidance of the quality evaluation system of the road freight logistics public information platform.
