Therefore, the use and promotion of the public logistics information platform are means and measures which can realize modernization of regional.Based on the above background, this article embarks on the actual need of the development of the region for logistics information platform, considering situation of the Heilongjiang Province logistics industry, analyzes comprehensively systematically the facing challenge and existing question which exist regional logistics industry development of the Heilongjiang Province, make it further clear about the vital significance of the establishment to the public logistics information platform.
