With the development of society and economy,the competition among enterprises has become more and more fierce.By strengthening the management of human resources,it has become a problem that the management of enterprises pays more and more attention to gain a competitive advantage.As a leading company in the industry,HZ has led the development of the industry for many years.However,in the development process in recent years,the development of human resource management has been slow,especially in the performance management of marketers.There is an increase in the loss of marketers,A decline in business satisfaction.The optimization of the performance management system of marketing personnel is valuable in the theoretical research of performance management and the practical application of enterprises.This paper takes HZ company as the research object,according to the idea of finding,analyzing and solving problems,analyzes the status quo of its marketing personnel’s performance management system and the problems in it,and proposes a targeted optimization plan.First of all,this paper sorts out the research results of related marketing personnel performance management at home and abroad.Then,it sorts out the marketing system of HZ company,conducts field research,adopts data analysis method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods,and conducts a detailed analysis of the current situation and existing problems of HZ company’s marketing personnel performance management system and research.Finally,combined with OKR method,this paper improves HZ company’s marketing personnel performance management from five aspects:performance planning,performance calculation implementation,performance appraisal,performance feedback and performance result application.In terms of performance appraisal indicators,the indicator system was re-determined,and according to the actual situation of HZ company,the company’s senior management scored the importance of the indicators,and applied the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the indicator weights.In order to ensure the effective operation of the new performance management system,this paper proposes corresponding safeguard measures.The main contribution of this paper is to provide an effective solution for the performance management of marketers in HZ company,and to introduce the OKR management method into the performance management of marketers,which provides a certain reference for other research on the performance management of marketers.
