Research On The High Quality Development Of Farmer Specialized Cooperative In Yanbian Prefecture

The report to the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which is a major measure for agricultural and rural reform in the new era.In implementing the rural vitalization strategy,we must follow the general requirements of“thriving industries,livable ecology,civilized local customs,effective governance,and prosperity.”We must give top priority to thriving industries and accelerate agricultural and rural modernization.As an indispensable and important organization in agricultural and rural development,farmer specialized cooperation can promote the prosperity of rural industries and will play an important role in rural revitalization.At present,China has entered the critical stage of high-quality development.The Party and the state have formulated a series of policies conducive to the development of farmer specialized cooperatives.Therefore,specialized farmer cooperatives should seize the opportunity of development,adhere to high-quality development,and lay a solid foundation for promoting the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture has actively responded to the call of the state,formulated relevant policies,adhered to the principle of standardization and development,and developed cooperation according to local conditions.At the present stage,Yanbian prefecture farmers’ professional cooperative industry is expanding,from quantity to quality improvement,in promoting the development of characteristic industries and increasing farmers’ income has achieved results.However,there are still some problems hindering the development of farmer specialized cooperatives in Yanbian,which is mainly manifested in non-standard management,lack of development funds,shortage of professional talents and low brand effect of products.In order to solve the problems in the development of Yanbian farmers’ professional cooperatives and realize the rural revitalization,Yanbian farmers’ professional cooperatives should promote high-quality development by establishing a long-term mechanism of standardized management,broadening financing channels,strengthening the construction of talent team and innovating development mode,this paper is based on in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of Yanbian Prefecture farmers’ professional cooperation,and provides theoretical basis for the high-quality development of the professional farmer cooperatives in Yanbian Prefecture.
