In knowledge capital and human capital as a source of enterprise core competitiveness of knowledge economy era, the competition among enterprises, knowledge, innovation, use and value, rational allocation of resources, integration, Zuizhong must rely on knowledge of the carrier - knowledge workers to achieve. However, for an enterprise, reservations are often most in need of "knowledge" and core staff, how to manage employees, understand their needs, stimulate their potential as managers of the Knowledge Economy top priority issue.As the largest private enterprises in Hubei Province, JT group with the growing range of enterprise management, human resources management problems are increasingly evident, despite the initial establishment of employee incentives, but did not really establish a sound and effective for the Group the actual situation of the core knowledge staff incentives. In this paper, related to motivation theory and scientific methods, analysis of the characteristics of a core knowledge staff to determine the JT Group's headquarters in a composition of core knowledge staff, while staff diagnosed JT Group incentive problems, combined with company's development strategy of incentive management problems were analyzed, the causes of specific problems, ultimately from the pay and benefits, career development, communication, business culture built four core staff JT group of knowledge-based incentives, while taking a series of related measures to ensure the core knowledge workers incentives to achieve the desired effect.
