With the development and progress of The Times,the competition between enterprises gradually fierce,if in the invincible position in the competition,its human resources management level will play a crucial role,and the essence of human resource management is a scientific and reasonable incentive system.Only in human resources management in enterprise employees on the appropriate incentives,can maximize stimulate staff's work enthusiasm and potential,maximizes the utility of talent.Therefore,a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism is to build and enrich enterprise human resources management,improve the level of human resource management,an important means of strengthening the enterprise market competitiveness.In this paper,combining theory with practice,grass-roots staff in qinghai oilfield as an example,the investigation and study,the present situation and problems of incentive analysis of its insufficient in motivation,learning about human resources management of relevant incentive theory,to develop a scientific,perfect and effective for the grass-roots staff incentive method.This paper consists of six parts,covers the theoretical and empirical analysis of two aspects: the first part is the preface,points out the background of the thesis,purpose,significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and ideas,and this paper innovation points,etc.;The second part mainly introduces the relevant incentive theory;The third part mainly introduces the qinghai oil field the main situation and grass-roots staff incentive status quo,and the existing problems are analyzed;The fourth part of qinghai oilfield grass-roots staff incentive schemes to optimize design;The fifth part combine practical safeguard measures;The sixth part of the contents and results of research carried on the brief summary.Through research,found in qinghai oilfield grass-roots staff incentive mechanism mainly exist the following problems: one is the lack of effective incentive,c&b form a single;2 it is lack of pertinence and impartiality,performance evaluation,the form is greater than thecontent,not really play the role of reflect the employees work performance,combined with the above situation,formulate the corresponding optimization scheme,and motivate employees to achieve goals.
