| In recent years,the epidemic has swept the world,and the garment trade between China and Thailand has also encountered unprecedented development opportunities and challenges.In the context of the rising prices of global factors of production,international,countries and industries have issued stricter policies due to the epidemic.The existence of these factors is a severe test of transnational trade.In recent years,people have a deeper understanding of the importance of knowledge.Knowledge has gradually become one of the most important factors in the competition between enterprises.In the environment of increasingly fierce global competition and information competition,enterprises need rich knowledge,excellent innovation ability and knowledge sharing ability to occupy an advantage in the comprehensive competition.Therefore,for the long-term development of transnational trade,all industries and enterprises need a strong knowledge base,which is constantly updated.In addition,if knowledge sharing can be realized among enterprises,enterprises can obtain more external knowledge,increase the knowledge capacity and make more competitive in the market.Firstly,this paper discusses the related theoretical research of knowledge and knowledge sharing,and introduces the maturity model to build the maturity model of knowledge sharing among enterprises;Secondly,combined with the characteristics of the garment industry,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the knowledge sharing between China and Thailand under the current background,as well as the factors affecting the smooth progress of knowledge sharing;Thirdly,this paper uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index in the knowledge sharing maturity evaluation model of China Thailand garment industry,and uses the way of questionnaire survey and expert judgment to specify the subordinate relationship between each index,which provides the necessary conditions for establishing the maturity model and analyzing the sharing of relevant knowledge among companies in the garment industry;Finally,this paper uses the model to evaluate the transnational knowledge sharing of China Thailand garment industry,such as verifying the necessity of establishing the knowledge sharing maturity evaluation model,and making recommendations based on the evaluation results.A total of 280 questionnaires were sent out,266 were recovered and 211 were valid.The data analysis method collected in this paper uses descriptive qualitative analysis data.The statistical analysis used in this paper includes descriptive statistics: frequency,percentage,mean and standard deviation.Through the research on the knowledge sharing of Sino Thai garment trading enterprises,this paper provides a basic theoretical framework for formulating the knowledge sharing maturity evaluation system of Sino Thai multinational garment trading enterprises,makes a certain contribution to improving the knowledge sharing level of Sino Thai multinational garment trading enterprises,and improves and popularizes the concept of knowledge sharing and enhances the market competitiveness of enterprises,Finally,promote scientific and efficient knowledge sharing between enterprises. |
