| At present,our country is entering the period of economic structure transformation and upgrading,the implementation of the“Two-wheel drive” strategy of manufacturing and service industry has become the only way of industrial structure transformation and upgrading,the high tech and producer services,as the new growth points of the economy,are the driving forces for the implementation of innovation-driven and important support industries and industrial structure optimization.The producer services sector,which is highly related and has a significant driving effect,provides a wide range of services to the high tech,improves the efficiency of industrial division and collaboration,and promotes the transfer of high tech to the high-end value chain.In turn,knowledge-and technology-intensive,innovative high tech demand greater specialization in producer services.The synergy agglomeration of two industries affects the optimization of industrial structure through externalities and spillover effects of knowledge and technology.The Yangtze River economic belt is an important strategic area for the economic development of our country.There are a large number of important productive service industries and high tech parks in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,it shows obvious spatial orientation,while the agglomeration effect has a radiative effect on the optimization of regional industrial structure through externalities.However,because it spans the eastern Midwestern Sectional Figure Skating Championships of our country,geographical differences lead to the polarization of regional economic development,the optimization of industrial structure and the degree of industrial agglomeration in the middle and upper reaches are lower than those in the lower reaches.Therefore,it is necessary to study the spillover effects of high tech and producer service industry agglomeration on industrial structure optimization by introducing spatial geographical factors,it is of great significance to guide the rational layout of industrial space,promote the upgrading of industrial structure and the coordinated development of regions.This paper is based on the industrial agglomeration theory and the new economic geography theory,and integrates the related theories of the spatial relationship between Regional Industrial Synergy agglomeration and regional economy,this paper studies the spatial spillover effect of Industrial Synergy agglomeration on the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure.First,the development status of high tech,producer services and industrial structure optimization in the Yangtze River economic belt is analyzed,then,the degree of agglomeration and the degree of industrial synergy between High Tech Industry and producer service industry are calculated by using the location entropy index.Secondly,based on the data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt from 2010 to 2019 and the spatial geographic distance Matrix,this paper analyzes the spatial correlation between the industrial structure optimization and the industrial synergy agglomeration.Thirdly,the dynamic spatial Dubin model is introduced to explore the spatial spillover effect of industrial synergy agglomeration on the rationalization of industrial structure and the upgrading of industry,and the spatial spillover effect is decomposed into total effect,direct effect and indirect effect.Finally,we test the Industry Heterogeneity,regional heterogeneity and robustness.It is found that the high tech and producer services co-cluster,but the co-cluster in the lower reaches is much higher than that in the middle and upper reaches There is a significant positive spatial correlation between industrial co-concentration and Industrial Structure Optimization;Industrial co-concentration promotes the rationalization of industrial structure in local and adjacent areas,and there are long-term and short-term differences in industrial structure upgrading;In the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,the spillover effect of Industry Synergy agglomeration on the optimization of industrial structure is the most significant,and the upstream industry synergy agglomeration has the siphonage effect on the rationalization of industry,but it is not significant,and it has the significant positive spillover effect on the upgrading of industrial structure,there is no significant negative effect on the industrial rationalization in the downstream area,and there is significant positive effect on the advanced industrial structure.The degree of the collaborative agglomeration of the subdivided industries is among the top three industries,the rationalization and upgrading of the industrial structure can be most effectively promoted by the medical instrument and equipment manufacturing industry and the transportation,warehousing and postal industries. |
